Questions
Is SkillSpring a job board or a recruiter?
Neither. Job boards show you what is available; SkillSpring helps you understand what those opportunities mean for you. It never applies, contacts employers or arranges interviews on your behalf — every career decision stays yours.
What do I need to start?
Your profile — skills, experience, education and resume evidence. SkillSpring reads that evidence and shows your readiness qualitatively across role families, so you can prepare before deciding.
Why does SkillSpring support students?
We believe career opportunity should not depend on financial independence. Students and recent graduates deserve accessible career preparation.
Must I prove financial hardship?
No. We do not assess parental income, household wealth or financial hardship. We verify academic eligibility instead.
How long are student benefits available?
Eligible students and recent graduates receive the applicable regional benefits until 12 calendar months after completion of their qualifying academic programme, subject to verification.
What happens when Student Access expires?
Your SkillSpring account, career profile and valid purchased entitlements remain available under normal access rules.
Start with your profile. Leave with clarity.
Your profile already carries signals about your strengths and gaps. SkillSpring helps you read them.
